We had a fantastic stay at Casa Andrea. It was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The shower was lovely, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the view was absolutely stunning. The hosts were very welcoming and communicative. A perfect place to relax and unwind, highly recommended!

Johnson and Brass couples Visited in October. We had a great stay here met up with Alessio who talked us through the accommodation with A friendly welcome and helpful information. could not fault anything. Met Alessio again as we handed it back. Such an easy going happy person, you're welcome to to contact us if ever you visit UK. The accommodation is just as described set so close to the delightful medieval town of San Gimignano in the heart of the stunningly beautiful Tuscany region. There is a local vineyard a short walk up the road great for wine tasting without a need to drive. Simply...PERFECT.

What a great spot in the Tuscan countryside! It’s really close to San Gimignano as well as several wineries. We stayed here for 4 nights during a very big heatwave, and the AC worked perfectly.

Our host Ella met us and was very nice! She explained the basics but we had some issues with getting the stove and oven working and getting the dryer hot! So instructions in English would be helpful! Once we figured it out it was great! Very comfy beds and location was very pretty and quiet! We enjoyed eating outside under the covered porch! Lovely! Very close to San Gimignano!

Mooi vakantieverblijf van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is airco, een mooie jacuzzi, Netflix etc. Belangrijk vinden wij de rust, geen lawaai en geen last van verkeer. Midden in de natuur (olijfbomen, wijngaard) - mooi uitzicht. Je bent vlakbij het drukke San Gimignano, maar merkt hier niks van de drukte. De omgeving is prachtig. Mochten we weer kiezen voor een vakantie in Toscane, dan wordt dit ons verblijf. Bedankt Alessio voor de fijne ontvangst!

This property was perfect for a quiet trip to Tuscany. The location was amazing as it was quiet but close to San Gimignano for restaurants and sightseeing. The villa had everything we needed and was spotless. The hosts were extremely quick to respond and even helped us make a last minute dinner reservation which was an incredible meal. Would recommend and stay back here! Thank you!

The host Alessio was very friendly and pleasant, he came specifically in the evening to help us with the problems we had and treated us with a lot of patience and care.

Our stay at Casa Andrea was absolutely perfect. The apartment was stunning — beautifully designed, comfortable, and spotless. The jacuzzi was such a relaxing bonus after long days of exploring. We loved how peaceful and secluded the location was, yet still just a short drive from the center of San Gimignano. Alessio was a wonderful host — warm, welcoming, and super helpful. He even assisted us with dinner reservations, which made our experience even smoother. Highly recommend this charming spot for a relaxing Tuscan getaway!

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect for exploring Tuscany, situated in our preferred area. It was easy to drive to many beautiful wineries and sightseeing spots. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Tuscany!

My wife and I came here for our anniversary and we are so glad we chose to come here. This was the most amazing stay we have ever had. The pictures aren’t even close to the pure beauty of the home and surroundings. We were in shock and awe waking up every morning in that beautiful home. The location is perfect. It’s a nice and private area and a really short drive to the medieval town San Gimignano. Alessio greeted us and showed us the house when we first arrived and not only gave us great recommendations on where to eat and what to do, but he even reserved tables for us at nice restaurants and helped us find the perfect wine tour guide for the area. This is definitely the best Airbnb we have ever had and if we come to Tuscany in the future, we will definitely stay here again.

We had a magic stay here, the house was incredibly beautiful, clean and warm, and the hot tub was an extra luxury! San Gimignano is beautiful and a perfect base to stay and explore Tuscany from. The house was beautiful, hottub had amazing views of the Tuscan countryside, and host was very helpful with local recommendations and very friendly. It is also very close to San Gimignano which was lovely to explore. I would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway in the area, and am looking forward to going back again.

The villa is amazing, pictures are not even showing the true beauty of the surroundings nor the house itself. The jaccuzzi is perfect to use after a day exploring all the interesting villages around ! A must ! Thanks to Ellena, and Andrea who welcomed us.

We had an amazing stay - our expectations were vastly exceeded! Every morning we enjoyed the most amazing views: you can see for miles and miles and the valley and the hills are covered in mist which makes things look magical. The house is fantastic, having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is a luxury and everything was super clean and high quality. Most of all, we cannot praise our host Alessio enough; such a kind and caring host! Alessio had decorated the house to match the Halloween season and he welcomed us with a cooled bottle of wine. Throughout our stay he checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and he kindly offered recommendations to ensure we made the absolute most of our stay. This is a beautiful home, super peaceful, clean and safe and within minutes from the beautiful town center. Highly recommended!!
